Undoubtedly, a decade of operations alone is something to celebrate. Nevertheless, this year, we are celebrating more than added years. Firstly, a heavy burden, borne since our founding, has finally been lifted! We have just recently completed our debt installment of US 16 million and are now primed to start a fresh chapter in the life of our organization. Secondly, as we renew our commitment to quality service and perfor¬mance, we are poised on new beginnings, by setting new goals and re-¬establishing a new corporate culture. In this, we are basically rearranging what we already have; strengthening the good points and throwing away the bad. For instance, through training \'s, workshop, grooming etiquette, and teamwork building, we want to encourage creativity (promote new ideas, innovations) and work synergy (with strategic parties). In 2008, we are introducing new people, new organization structure, new business processes, and investing in new GSE, as well as embarking on new projects, such as warehousing in PGK and DJB, and avio bridge operations at Terminal F, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. In this special 10th anniversary edition of What \'s Up, we have stories of celebrations in our branches all over the country. In Jakarta, we held a friendly golf tournament and an exotic Oriental Night. Undoubtedly, a decade of operations alone is something to celebrate. Nevertheless, this year, we are celebrating more than added years. Firstly, a heavy burden, borne since our founding, has finally been lifted! We have just recently completed our debt installment of US 16 million and are now primed to start a fresh chapter in the life of our organization. Secondly, as we renew our commitment to quality service and perfor¬mance, we are poised on new beginnings, by setting new goals and re-¬establishing a new corporate culture. In this, we are basically rearranging what we already have; strengthening the good points and throwing away the bad. For instance, through training \'s, workshop, grooming etiquette, and teamwork building, we want to encourage creativity (promote new ideas, innovations) and work synergy (with strategic parties). In 2008, we are introducing new people, new organization structure, new business processes, and investing in new GSE, as well as embarking on new projects, such as warehousing in PGK and DJB, and avio bridge operations at Terminal F, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. In this special 10th anniversary edition of What \'s Up, we have stories of celebrations in our branches all over the country. In Jakarta, we held a friendly golf tournament and an exotic Oriental Night. Among the number of innovative measures we have undertaken, the launching of new uniforms represents a new image which we hope will create a new and re-vitalized branding of a great and sustainable Gapura Angkasa. The main objective of the organization is to assist airline companies to achieve lawful competition and uniformity in prices. The Director General is Giovanni Bisignani. IATA was formed in April 1945, in Havana,Cuba. Together with the Gapura Bikers Club and the Indonesian Red Cross (Palang Merah Indonesia), SUB hosted an on-location blood donor drive in the old food center at Juanda Airport \'s Terminal Building on January 27, 2008. Gapura SUB \'s managers and Garuda Indonesia \'s Sales Manager encouraged visitors and passersby to donate blood. Thanks to the early announcement given by the blood drive team to the airport public, approximately 90 people from employees, airline customers, non customer airlines and the public came to the registration table. Unfortunately, due to the limited number of blood bags brought by PMI, only 50 people were given the opportunity to give blood to help others. Donating blood reduces risk of heart disease, especially in men and is said to help rejuvenate red blood cells and control blood iron levels. Most people say they feel refreshed after giving blood. The event received coverage from the local media, such as Seputar Indonesia newspaper, Tabloid Otodrive and Tabloid Otospeed. Still part of the anniversary celebrations, on the morning of February 3, 2008, around 500 people gathered at the Gedung Graha Serbaguna to join in the fun of participating in a one-hour fun walk. At 6.15 am the participants, including employees, outsourced personnel, providers and business partners departed and followed the route which passed through the Indonesia Navy \'s Air base, the old airport apron, the old terminal building, and finishing back at Gedung Graha Serbaguna. There was a wonderful spirit of camaraderie among participants which included PT. Angkasa Pura I General Manager, Air base commander, the Station Manager, Finance Manager and Sales Manager of PT Garuda Indonesia, the Station Managers of Royal Brunei Airlines and Malaysia Airlines, officials from PT. Angkasa Pura I, PT Garuda indonesia assistant managers and supervisors, as well as business partners of PT Gapura Angkasa. After the walk, participants all got together for an afternoon of fun and entertainment with 120 doorprizes to be won. After cutting the birthday \'tumpeng \' or rice cone, there was a children \'s fashion show. Nine employees were also rewarded for their 20 years of service. Sejak tahun 1998 perusahaan kami berdiri banyak hal yg telah kita capai, dalam kaitannya dengan semakin meningkatnya jaringan operasi hingga saat ini yang meliputi 24 kota besar utama di Indonesia dengan daftar pelanggan yang berjumlah di atas 50 pelanggan, dan pengembangan bisnis inovatif. Tentunya, masa sepuluh tahun atau dasa warsa beroperasi selama ini patut untuk dirayakan. Meskipun demikian, tahun ini, kita merayakan lebih banyak tahun. Yang pertama, suatu beban berat, menanggung kita sejak berdiri, yang akhirnya dapat teratasi! Kita baru-baru ini menyelesaikan angsuran kewajiban/hutang US 16 juta dan kini saat yang tepat untuk memulai babak baru kehidupan organisasi kita ini. Yang kedua, sepanjang kita memperbaharui komitmen dalam kualitas pelayanan dan performa, kita awali dengan sikap tenang, dengan meletakkan tujuan baru dan mendirikan kembali budaya perusahaan yang baru. Untuk ini, kita pada dasarnya menata kembali apa yang kita miliki; memperkuat pokok-pokok yang baik dan membuang jauh hal-hal yang tidak baik itu. Sebagai contoh, melalui training, lokakarya, grooming etiquette, dan teamwork building, kita ingin memacu kreativitas ( mempromosikan gagasan baru, inovasi) dan bekerja secara sinergi (kelompok strategik). Di tahun 2008, kita sedang memperkenalkan orang baru, struktur organisasi baru, proses bisnis baru, dan menanam modal untuk Ground Support Equipment (peralatan GSE) baru, sama halnya dengan mulainya proyek baru kita, seperti usaha pergudangan (warehousing) di PGK dan DJB, dan avio bridge operations (garbarata) pada Terminal F, Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Yang istimewa pada peringatan ulang tahun ke 10 ini, kita mempunyai kisah perayaan di kantor-kantor cabang seluruh tanah air. Di Jakarta, kita mengadakan suatu turnamen golf – persahabatan dan perjamuan makan malam – Exotic Oriental Night – yang luar biasa. Di antara banyaknya kita menjalankan langkah inovasi, kita meluncurkan seragam (uniform) baru yang menunjukan kesan baru pula dengan harapan kita dapat menciptakan sesuatu yang baru dan revitalisasi branding Gapura Angkasa menjadi terkenal dan tetap bertahan. Akhir kata, kita hendaknya mengucapkan terima kasih kepada para Pemegang Saham atas kepercayaan yang diberikan kepada kita. Sejak dari awal tahun, kita menerima dan berterima kasih atas pemberian, apresiasi, penghargaan yang kami dapatkan selama ini, yang paling baru diterima di DPS dan BPN. Kampanye menjadi bagian dari aktivitas proyek tahunan dari jasa Lalu lintas darat operasi-penumpang RBA, yang didasarkan pada “ RBA \'S EXPLORING “ yaitu konsep “kebutuhan pelanggan dan memimpin pelanggan untuk mencapai puncak. Pada ujung kampanye itu, Gapura DPS, sebagai agen penanganan perusahaan penerbangan, mendapat penghargaan tinggi dari RBA. Enam staff DPS telah dinominasikan sebagai staff handling dengan dedikasi terbaik untuk Perusahaan penerbangan Royal Brunei ( RBA) Setasiun Denpasar dan menilai untuk kepribadian mereka ( disiplin, inisiatif, stabilitas emosional ( ramah), kerjasama); mutu pekerjaan ( pengetahuan, koordinasi dan komunikasi, tanggung jawab; dan pengambilan keputusan. Pemenang adalah: I Ketut Subawa ( dedicated staff), LB. Oka Adnyana (Terminal Supervisor), Arief Mulani ( Sr. Ramp Dispatcher), I Gede Mahayasa ( Jr. Load Controller), I Made Putra Arsana ( GSE Supervisor), Ni Ayu Maryawaniati ( Sr. Cargo Handling Officer). Sepanjang upacara penutupan Kampanye, turut berbicara dari kantor pusat manajemen RBA, Traffic Operations Manager - BWN, Hj. Saran Penglima Diraja Dato Paduka Hj. Maidin, dan M. Siti Ningrum Suhaili Kepala dari RBA \'S DPS, menyatakan kepuasan mereka (menyangkut) keseluruhan kinerja Gapura DPS untuk mereka dan dukungan untuk suksesnya kampanye. Hj.
